Every time I answer a question, it says yahoo answers is experiencing technical difficulties. When there are answers from 12 seconds before. Please help!

You are not the only one, looks like ALL users who have joined Yahoo! Answers today are indeed not able to answer any questions.
It can be either a glitch or a new technique to combat spam bots on Yahoo! Answers.
Please try again later.
Meanwhile, you can browse Resolved Questions or try to VOTE on Undecided ones.
It was doing that when I was voting for best answer too.
You can hit the refresh button a couple times sometimes that works.
Or you can click the back space button and than click the forward button.
Other than that there is not much else you can do.
