How aggravating! It seems that starting today, Yahoo has decided it needs to verify that every message I want to send needs a confirmation code. It didn’t used to do that. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

There was some strange activity coming from your account. A spammer may be using your address as a reply to address. I would change your password but you may just have to wait it out.

they are trying too cut down on spam and when you verify your account it will help them stop spammers
